When you want someone else to manage your Facebook Ads for you, but you want the billing of those ads to be on your ad account, please follow these steps.
Step 1.
Become friends on Facebook with the person that you want to add as an admin to your account
Step 2.
Go to Ads Manager > All Tools
Step 3.
Go to Ad Account Settings
Step 4.
Select Account Roles > Add a User
Step 5.
Type in the name or email address of your friend (the person you want to add as the account role) > Select the level of access from the drop-down menu that you’d like to assign them > Select Confirm. Learn what the difference between the ad account roles are here.
